At TST E-Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or gear within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully pack your e-bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all batteries, keys, and chargers are securely included to prevent damage.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and schedule a carrier pickup or drop the item off at an authorized shipping center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
