Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide a comprehensive toolkit and a step-by-step video guide to make the process easy.
What is the range of a TST E-Bike on a single charge?
Depending on the model, terrain, and pedal-assist level, our bikes offer a range between 45 to 75 miles per charge. High-capacity lithium-ion batteries ensure long-lasting performance for all-day adventures.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
Every TST E-Bike comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects. We also offer dedicated technical support for the lifetime of your bike.
Can I return my e-bike if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Are TST E-Bikes waterproof for riding in the rain?
Our bikes are rated IP54 for water resistance, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water to protect the electrical components.
